Our operating returns policy and contact details will be published before orders open. This is pre-launch information, not a completed returns policy.
For most online goods purchases, you can notify the seller of cancellation within 14 days of delivery, then have another 14 days to send the goods back. Rights also apply when goods are faulty or do not match their description. These rights are not removed by a sale price.
For an order issue, keep the order reference and a clear description of the problem. Photographs of damaged packaging or an incorrect item can help explain what happened. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed returns address.
Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect goods may affect a change-of-mind refund. Opening random-card packs changes their collectible state. This does not mean faulty or misdescribed goods lose their statutory protections.
We still need to confirm the returns address, support contact, cancellation form and return-postage arrangements. Checkout will remain closed until the store’s approved terms and policies are in place.
